We are a research project team dedicated to making every employee in the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer more connected.
Through 5 months of in-depth explorative UX research, we have designed solutions that will facilitate a more transparent and seamless working style for everyone in the Municipality!
Our Mission
At Smart City Haarlemmermeer, we believe that innovation and community go hand in hand. We want to ensure that every employee in the Municipality feels like they're part of a community that is working towards creating a safe and happy city for all!
Our research project team has spent months studying the needs and concerns of these employees in order to design solutions that will benefit everyone in the long run.

The Dashboard
We have designed a dynamic first prototype of a dashboard that can help 1300 employees in the municipality find everything and everyone within 1-5 minutes as long as they have a standard way of working!
The Cookbooks
These cookbooks are like recipe cards to help employees think less, and do more at their workplace. We want to give present to them some easy guides to help solve their most pressing problems
